eat-to-thrive:

Wild greens! Dandelion & broad leaf plantain (not related to the banana-like plantain). I don’t eat wild greens often, because I find them to be quite bitter, but when I was taking out my compost earlier this morning I noticed these really lush looking shoots so I decided I should make a quick little green juice. 🌿 (tip: broad leaf plantain is good to use as a fresh poultice to quickly soothe stinging nettle stings! Just chew it up and rub it on the area.) #wildgreens #forage #thankyoumothernature (at Sunshine Coast, BC)
